Dolcetto

sangiovese.jpgDolcetto is the principal grape from the Piedmont region of Italy typically used to make ‘every day’ wine. These thinned-skinned grapes deliver a fruity wine with aromas of ripe blackberries and red plums. The resulting wine is light and best drunk when young as it doesn’t age well.
